Old deck removed, new foundation and brick basement added.  New family room adjoining kitchen and living room to go on top.  A new covered deck with convertible screened porch get added last.  Integral roof is constructed at the appropriate timing.

Notice arch window over sink to increase natural light and carry that design element in the new addition into the older areas. The roman look entrance to the new family room addition and view of other arch topped windows. Old heart pine plank floors were refinished. In the far back are full light doors to the covered screen deck.

This media closet is accessible from within the master closet.

The master closet has modular (hanging) tracks and shelving fand rods for complete convertibility.

Screened porch with natural stained bead board ventillated ceiling (for coolness), ceiling fan, convertible screens at end and operable Charleston Shutters for privacy.

Railings are aluminum ballasters and copper post caps.  Flooring is composite 5.4 x 6" planking, fiber cement panels are used as exterior cladding.
