Wow! Wait till I start telling you about my Standard Practices.
You might think I have some company from the past, because I care about the person. It's old fashioned. And yes, that's what I'm about. OK, this may appeal to you. But, what if it costs more to run a business this way? In other words, not being deceptive in making it 'appear' that I care. But, that I really do care... about you, about kids... about family life.... about the same things you care about. Maybe in the end it's not more expensive to do things this way. Maybe society just doesn't keep score right (they don't count the stress, frustration, extra time & inconvenience, humiliation, insult, lack of respect, intrusion, etc...)
So, this is a place holder for now. But, you can get the idea from other topic discussion.

Vent Intelligence Crawl space ventilation is a complex problem in this area of NC. Significant periods outside air is more humid than crawlspace air. However, low dew points in the crawlspace can cause significant condensation water whether vents are open or closed. And this can produce mold, rot, and termites.
