My people are experts and relish the most difficult problems, such as Water-Related Problems, Structural Problems, Usability and Design Problems.   On the creative side my people are unsurpassed in brainstorming solutions that enhance, solve, reduce cost, make possible, repair, circumvent, and build.

Without people skills and solid relationships (of all participants) throughout a project a great outcome would be impossible.  So, this is my team focus.... on you, the customer... and on great projects that make us all feel great for the accomplishment.

Tips

Hose Bibb Intelligence

In cold weather be sure to disconnect your hoses from outdoor spigots to prevent bursting your water line.  If it happens, you may not find out until you try to use the spigot.  Listen for the added hiss of a leak during use, inside the wall.  Much better to prevent it. More to it... is wall of spigot unheated, remote or partially heated?  Does weather stay below freezing for more than a day (with no thaw)?  Think!...  and understand the physics.
