Our Mission

To be 'real people' who are ready to do what is useful, maybe even spectacular for other 'real people'.
  1. To honor my promises and responsibilities with enthusiasm.
  2. To respect all people equally, workers, suppliers, inspectors, customers, and to call on our best effort, attention, creativity, understanding, & to teach and to learn.
  3. To enjoy what I'm doing & provide for others to do the same.
  4. To give superior value and service without gimmicks or tricks.  Work shall be completed in a competent, professional and efficient manner.
  5. To remain up-to-date in knowledge of the latest technology and procedures, research, building code, health-related issues, energy efficiency, safety, accessibility and usability design remodeling.
  6. To surprise my customers and workers with the power of my intention to be honorable... e.g. providing refunds to cusotmers when we realize savings, and bonuses for outstanding work and for finding ways to save or improve our processes.
  7. To take responsibility for my errors and to learn from them.  To hold all who work for me to this standard.
  8. To learn always, from everyone.  To see the gifts in everyone.
  9. To be The Homeowner's Resource in the Wake County market.
  10. And if we are not a good 'match' pleasantly decline work without judgement or prejudice.

Testimonials

" They replaced the roof, they did interior painting and renovations including expanding a half bath to a full bath, and converting two bedrooms into one, to make a master suite. I couldn’t be more pleased, in a nutshell. They did a beautiful job, in a timely way and professionally. I would certainly recommend them to other homeowners. "

Tips

Hose Bibb Intelligence

In cold weather be sure to disconnect your hoses from outdoor spigots to prevent bursting your water line.  If it happens, you may not find out until you try to use the spigot.  Listen for the added hiss of a leak during use, inside the wall.  Much better to prevent it. More to it... is wall of spigot unheated, remote or partially heated?  Does weather stay below freezing for more than a day (with no thaw)?  Think!...  and understand the physics.
