| I am quite pleased with the work that I received through this organization. Dyck Dewid has been very good working with me and helping me come up with ideas, I appreciate all of that. He is very upfront, very reliable, all of the right things that you are interested in when you are dealing with someone. I am especially pleased with the quality of the work and how he’s willing to think things out and talk over projects with me prior to really going forward. It makes you understand what’s going on and makes sure that we cover all of the bases. There is no question of what is going to be done and he gives me an opportunity to see some other approaches to the project, so that I really do get what I am interested in. Sometimes I might have trouble expressing what I am interested in, and so we certainly talk things out well before we go forward. He is certainly more than willing to work with me to make changes in direction if it looks as we progress that we need to, and we have on a couple of projects because of circumstances that were beyond our control. | This contractor finished a basement for us. His work ethic is unmatched in this industry. The subcontractors he chose for that job were all excellent. I felt like I had the best of the best working for the best. I had heard so many horror stories from friends about their building projects with other builders that I was cautious about hiring any contractor. Dyck Dewid breaks the mold for this industry. I've never seen anyone so focused on customer satisfaction, and pay such attention to detail. If you want a job done right, you really can just call just call him and relax. He will watch over every project like it was for his own house. That's not just a line. He really did that for us. He was on the job site very frequently and checked on the progress of every sub. He personally was there on the last day for clean up and final inspection, making sure I was happy with every last detail.
